      2. Excuses knowingly making a wrong decision or no decision at all
      3. Expects that others will fix the negative outcomes of my decisions
      4. Results in repeating bad decisions
3. Our Spiritual Responsibility
   1. God holds us responsible before Him for our actions – Ezekiel 18:20
   2. In His mercy, however, God provides an opportunity for change – Ezekiel 18:21-23
   3. Because Christ died for us we have a choice – John 3:16-18
   4. Many, however will reject this choice and opt for doing evil – John 3:19-21
